UPDATE - Ann O - "I cannot explain it, but I feel young and happy again"

Just want to express to you, Matthew, his family and staff how grateful I am to have participated in the last retreat. There is a heaviness and sorrow that has left my chest. I have no idea how you guys did it, but I haven't felt this good in decades (long hard marriage and difficult divorce). 

I cannot explain it, but I feel young and happy again. And I'm better able to navigate my life activities and help all those around me--not to mention my dating life is even blossoming now that I have more competence!

Thank you. A young man less than half my age was able to accomplish all this in a week. What a gift!
