I'm a vegan (or vegetarian). Are there going to be food options for me?

YES! There are quite a few options at the hotel and at many restaurants within 5 miles of the hotel (check out the handbook for links to hotel restaurant menus). We have several vegans and vegetarians attending the retreat each year. Please drop me a line to make sure I know your food requirements. Sam (our retreat manager) always makes sure there are options for everyone at the two parties that include dinner during retreat week. 

Stopping by the Publix grocery store 2.2 miles away is a great idea so that you can have snacks and appropriate food on hand during the day. For $25, you can rent a fridge for the duration of your stay. This can be only be reserved directly with the hotel when you arrive for check-in.
